  • How to Use

    The Cleanse Off Mitt can be used as many times daily as you wish.

    • Place your hand inside Cleanse Off Mitt
    • Place Cleanse Off Mitt under warm/tepid water (the water can be hot, but remember that extreme water temperatures are not ideal for skin health)
    • Squeeze the excess water from Cleanse Off Mitt
    • Place Cleanse Off Mitt onto the skin and wipe downwards/ side-wards and gently remove the day’s oil, makeup and debris from the surface of the skin
    • Once you have finished removing all dirt and debris from the skin, quickly wash Cleanse Off Mitt with antibacterial soap before rinsing all soap products from it. Then hang to dry with the loop provided.
    • Please note as an added option you could choose to wash Cleanse Off Mitt in the washing machine in a wash below 30 degrees. We recommend doing this once a week.

    Orders are usually despatched within 24 working hours of placing your order Monday to Friday, subject to being in stock and will take approximately 3-5 days to arrive from confirmation of order despatch.

    The UK delivery charges are as follows:

    • Orders less than £60 are charged at £4.50
    • Orders over £60 are free of charge

    We use a range of Royal Mail services to deliver your order which is dependent upon the size and weight of your order. The services we use are Royal Mail Tracked 48 & Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class post.

    Orders to the Republic of Ireland:

    VAT is not applied to orders being shipped to the Republic of Ireland and your basket will be updated automatically when the Republic of Ireland is selected as the shipping country during checkout. SkinGym are not liable for any duty charges associated to the order applied by Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

    Orders are sent using the Royal Mail International Standard and International Tracked & Signed services and are charged as follows:

    • Orders less than £100 are charged at £9.95
    • Orders over £100 are charged at £6.95
