Subscribe & Save with SkinGym

Make a great saving on your favourite skincare products when you purchase them on Subscription

As a SkinGym member, you can save up to 10% off your favourite skincare products and make sure you automatically receive them to avoid running out by purchasing them on a Subscription.

If a product is eligible for subscription, you have the option for them to automatically be sent every 6, 8, or 12 weeks.

How To Purchase a Product On Subscription

On the relevant product page, select the ‘Subscribe’ option, click the dropdown box underneath, select how often you would like to receive your products and click ‘Add Subscription To Basket’


How to purchase a product on subscription at SkinGym

If you would like to just purchase the product a single time select ‘One-time purchase’ option and add to basket in the normal way.

How To Cancel or Manage Your Subscriptions

Log into your SkinGym account by clicking here and select ‘My Account’ and then ‘My Subscriptions’, you can then see, amend or cancel any active subscriptions that you have in place.

FAQs & Key Information

  • Can I amend or cancel my subscription? Yes you can cancel a subscription at any point. Login into your SkinGym account and select the ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account
  • Will I earn loyalty points with every subscription purchase? Yes, every purchase including subscriptions will earn loyalty points and will automatically be added to your account. To find out more about the Loyalty Programme click here
  • Can I redeem Loyalty Points with a subscription purchase? If you have 100 points or more at the time you initiate the subscription, you will be able to redeem your loyalty points and save £5 off for every 100 points you have. Please note eligible loyalty points will not be able to be redeemed against automatic subscription renewals
  • Can I set up more than one subscription at the same time? Yes you can add as many subscription orders to your basket at the same time so that products renew together
  • Can I add individual products to my automatic subscription renewal? Yes, but this has to be done by a SkinGym member of staff. To add a product to your subscription please email katherine@theskingym.co.uk with the details of what products you would like to add
  • Will I be notified about my subscription renewal? Yes you will receive an automated email advising you that you have a subscription product about to renew
  • Will I receive free delivery? All single purchases or subscription purchases over £60 will receive free UK delivery. Orders under this value will be charged for delivery
  • What if I can’t see a subscription option? If no Subscribe & Save option is available on the product page then that product is not eligible for a subscription service
  • Can I amend the renewal period of My Subscription? If you have paid for your Subscription via Stripe you are able to amend the renewal length of your subscription and to do this please contact us at katherine@theskingym.co.uk and we’ll amend it on our system. If you have paid via PayPal unfortunately PayPal do not allow for Subscription renewal periods to be amended
